Yoel Kadish is an Israeli entrepreneur and business builder with over 20 years of experience living and working in India. He founded and led two successful companies — one in luxury fenestration and one in security technology — both of which he scaled and sold to major Indian conglomerates.



Through these ventures, Yoel became a pioneer in introducing advanced products and services into the Indian market, navigating complex regulatory environments, supply chains, and customer landscapes.

Today, Yoel brings his rare, execution-driven perspective to support clients in cross-border business development, manufacturing setup, deal structuring, and long-term strategic positioning in India.
